Beautiful Elena Kavva Female Bodybuilder with Good Muscles
she was born in Athens, where she live and work, on 15 January. At the age of 8, she started to train in martial arts, and more specifically, Kung Fu. she got involved with martial arts championships from 1989 to 1994. she always liked to add a few weights in her training for muscular strengthening, something that she started to like more and more.
At the age of 17 she realised that she was "madly in love with dumbells".
she began to exercise intensively with weights, and at the same time reading innumerable books about exercises, training sessions with weights, diets and anatomy.
